If you think your card is lost or stolen, you have the ability to freeze your card right from the NorthOne app.
From the cards menu at the bottom of the screen, select freeze this card.
From the freeze card screen, select yes, freeze this card. Note that you have full control from the NorthOne app and can freeze/unfreeze at any time.
Lastly, report your lost card to NorthOne support by selecting report this card as lost or stolen and we'll order you a new one. New cards are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
