2FA stands for Two-Factor Authentication and is used for an additional layer of security when logging into an account, usually by sending a text message or email with a security code.
To ensure your NorthOne Account log-in is secure, we recommend creating a strong password that meets the following criteria:
Minimum 8 characters long
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 lowercase letter
At least 1 special character
Our mobile app also offers facial recognition for log-in.
