Your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card* will be shipped out via USPS upon account opening. With USPS shipping, card delivery is expected to take 7-10 business days. Please note that this timeline does not take into consideration any external delays USPS may be experiencing.
The card will be shipped to the mailing address selected during the account application flow. If it’s been more than 7-10 business days and you still haven’t received your card, reach out to our Customer Care team in-app or online. We cannot support a card shipment inquiry by email.
When you reach out to our team, make sure to quote us your full mailing address so we can quickly pull up tracking information for you.
Please note that until you receive your card, you are unable to send an outbound wire transfer. You can however receive an inbound wire transfer at any time
