If you think your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card is lost or stolen, you have the ability to freeze your card right from the NorthOne app.
Click Cards at the bottom of the screen, then toggle the switch over to Freeze card. A pop-up will show, explaining to you that freezing your card will block new transactions. Pending transactions will still be processed. If you wish to continue, click Freeze card.
If you wish to unfreeze your card at any time, you can do so by toggling the switch back.
Next, click Report lost or stolen. Click Contact Customer Care and send us a message confirming your full mailing address so we can get a new NorthOne Debit Card sent to you.
NorthOne Debit Cards are shipped via USPS and take 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note that this timeline does not take into consideration any external delays USPS may be experiencing.
