Monthly account statements are generated on the 4th of every month at 4 pm EST. You can access your statements in both the app and on the web.
Finding your account statements in-app
Log in to your NorthOne Account on the mobile app
Click Menu at the top left
Click Manage Bank Account
Click Account Statements
Here you’ll find a list of all monthly statements available to you since your account opened. To view a monthly statement further, click the month you would like to view. The statement will load for you on the next page, or you have the option to download the statement using the download icon on the top right corner.
Finding your account statements on the web
Log into your NorthOne Account online
Click Settings at the top
Click Account Statements on the left side
Choose the monthly statement you want to view and click the download button on the right side
How to Download a Transaction List:
You can also export a custom list of your transactions at any time of the year or month. A list of your transactions can be downloaded on web or in-app. A customized list of transactions based on your search criteria can only be downloaded in-app.
To export transactions on the web
Log into your NorthOne Account online
Click Export on the right side of the search bar
Select the timeframe and file type
Click Download
To export transactions in-app
Click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner
Search for transactions or select your filter options
Click Show me the results!
Click on the download button to the right of the search bar
NOTE: If you previously had a NorthOne Account and it is now closed, you will be unable to retrieve prior statements or transactions in-app or on the web. Contact [email protected] from your corresponding email of your Account and we can gather those statements as requested.
