All NorthOne customers pay a flat $10 Monthly Account Fee. This fee gives you access to all NorthOne’s offerings without additional fees for card purchases, Standard ACH payments, deposits, and more.

Unlike a traditional banking structure that can come with hidden fees found only at the end of a monthly cycle, we believe in upfront, transparent pricing. The only other fees you may see on your NorthOne Account is our $15 fee for sending and receiving domestic wire payments, our $5 fee for sending a same-day ACH transfer* or our $4 fee for sending a physical check**. We fight hard to keep these additional fees low, and we’re happy to say this is one of the lowest wire fees in the country, as well as having one of the highest same-day ACH limits (up to $10,000 per ACH, per day).

This monthly fee is listed in the Deposit Account Agreement that need to be agreed to in order to open a NorthOne Account. We do not have the ability to bypass the monthly fee.

NorthOne is a financial technology company, and not a bank. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank; N.A., Member FDIC.

*Same-Day ACH payments subject to fee. Timing of transfer depends on when the payment is scheduled. See the Deposit Account Agreement for cut-off times and more information.

**The NorthOne Account is not a checking account. You can send pre-authorized checks, subject to a fee. See the Deposit Account Agreement for more information.
