There are a few reasons why different types of transactions might not be processed. These reasons can include:

Mobile Check Deposit

How to Fix It

The details of the check don’t match your account details.

Please confirm that the check is made out to the same company name or DBA that is registered to your NorthOne Account.

The check was not properly endorsed

Confirm that the front of the check is signed by the payee, and signed by you on the back. If the back of the check is signed by you and it is properly endorsed, it can then be redeposited. A proper endorsement has the meets one of the requirements:

  • “For NorthOne mobile deposit only” in the endorsement area OR

  • Account # in the endorsement area

Once confirmed, please try again.

The photo of the check was unclear or hard to read. We need a clear picture of the check in order to process it.

Take another photo of the check and try to deposit it again.

The check size is too large. All NorthOne business banking accounts have a $75,000 limit on mobile check deposits.

Please contact us if you need to deposit a larger check. We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to change your limits, but we’ll do our best to help.

NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card Payment

How To Fix It

Not enough available funds in your checking account.

Check that there are enough available funds in your Deposit Account, which includes the Envelopes. You can always add to your NorthOne Account by transferring funds from another account or depositing funds via check, or ACH. You can add funds to your Account via domestic wire, but note that there is a $15 fee to receive domestic wires.

Cash Withdrawal

I want to increase my daily limit on cash withdrawals.
