What is the NorthOne Referral Program?
The NorthOne Referral Program is a way to reward our current customers for inviting other small business owners to NorthOne. Both our current customers and their referrals will receive a $50 credit once the referral meets the eligibility criteria.
What is the eligibility criteria?
For both our current customers and their referrals to earn the $50 credit, the referral must:
Enroll using a valid NorthOne Referral Unique Link provided by the Referrer
Successfully open their first NorthOne Account
Make an initial deposit of at least $50

How does NorthOne’s referral program work?
For current customers
Share your NorthOne Referral Unique link with other small business owners and earn a $50 credit for each referral who meets the eligibility criteria.
To get started on the app:
Make sure you've activated your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card
Log into your account on the NorthOne mobile app
Tap on the gift icon on the top right of the home page
Copy your Referral Unique Link
Share the link with other small business owners via text, email, or on social media
To get started on the web:
Make sure that you've activated your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card
Log into your account on the web
Tap Earn $50 at the top right
Copy your Referral Unique Link & share the invite link with other small business owners via text, email, or on social media or
Invite businesses by entering their email addresses in the open box, separated by a comma. Click Send invite.
If you’ve been invited to NorthOne, you can earn a $50 credit for opening a new NorthOne Account by meeting the eligibility criteria.
Who is eligible to participate?
All NorthOne customers who have activated their Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card are eligible to participate in the program.
When will I receive my $50 credit?
Once the eligibility criteria are met, it usually takes 7 business days* for rewards to process. You’ll receive an email confirmation with the date your reward will be deposited. You’ll also be notified in the app.
*In some cases, it may take up to 30 days.
Can I receive my $50 credit in some other account?
No, your $50 credit can only be deposited into your NorthOne Account.
I already have a NorthOne Account. Can I use my Referral Unique Link to open another account?
No, the $50 credit is only valid if you invite new NorthOne customers.
I haven’t received my $50 credit yet.
If more than 30 days have passed, contact the Customer Care team through the mobile app or online. The person who referred you or who you referred will also need to contact our Customer Care team.
How will I know if my referral was successful?
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the eligibility are met. You’ll also be notified in your account.
Why can’t I share my Referral Unique Link?
In some cases where the Terms and Conditions of the program are not being met, we require additional details about your business in order to proceed. If this is the case, an email would have been sent to your email address with the subject line Regain access to the NorthOne referral program.
If you’re unable to locate that email, you can email [email protected] directly from the email address associated with your NorthOne Account. In that email, please include the following:
A copy of your valid state ID or driver’s license (front and back)
A link to your business’ website (if applicable)
Answers to the following questions:
What goods or services do you sell or provide?
How do you market your business? (i.e. online advertising, word of mouth, fliers, etc.)

The NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated.
