Sorry to hear your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card* isn’t working! To troubleshoot, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Is the card being ran as debit, as opposed to credit?

  • Do you have sufficient funds in your NorthOne Account?

  • Is your card frozen?

  • Is your card activated?

  • If shopping online, does the zip code being entered match the zip code on your NorthOne Account?

If you’re still having difficulty using your card successfully, send our Customer Care team a message in-app or online. We’ll be unable to diagnose a denied card transaction by email.
