Is the card being ran as debit, as opposed to credit?
Do you have sufficient funds in your NorthOne Account?
Is your card frozen?
Is your card activated?
If shopping online, does the zip code being entered match the zip code on your NorthOne Account?
If you’re still having difficulty using your card successfully, send our Customer Care team a message in-app or online. We’ll be unable to diagnose a denied card transaction by email.
