Our Customer Care team will help you through this process. You can send the request via our in-app chat in the NorthOne mobile app or online.

To make sure we’re able to close your NorthOne Account as smoothly as possible, make sure you:

  • Move all money out of your Account [NOTE: If you choose not to, we can mail a check to the address on file that will arrive in 30 days]

  • Export all your past monthly statements. You may need them for tax purposes.

  • Notify other authorized signers that your financial service will change
