Oh no! If you’ve lost your North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card*, you should first freeze your card.
To do so in-app:
Click the menu button in the upper left hand corner of the screen
Select Cards
Select Physical Card
Scroll down to Freeze Card
Confirm by clicking Freeze Card once more
To do so online:
Click on Cards in the left side menu
Select Physical Card
Scroll down to Freeze Card
Confirm by clicking Freeze Card once more
This will prevent new transactions from being processed onto your physical card while you’re unable to locate it.
NOTE: it is possible that the merchant is able to charge the frozen North One Mastercard® Debit Card if there is a pre-authorized charge and the card information was previously provided to them.
Then, reach out to our Customer Care team in-app or online to request a new card. Issuing a new card will cancel the current card on file, and the lost card will no longer be able to be reactivated or used.
A new card will be issued via USPS and can take 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note that this timeline does not take into consideration any external delays USPS may be experiencing.
Need your new card faster than that? Check out this article on how to request an expedited card.
