It is placed on your account when using your North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card. An authorization will settle or expire.

Some merchants, such as spas/salons, gas stations, and restaurants, can place an authorization hold for higher than the original amount.

A refund onto your North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card can take up to 7 business days to process.

You can use your North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card anywhere Mastercard is accepted. We don’t charge foreign exchange fees.

A digital card that lives in-app. It has a different 16-digit number than your physical North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card.

Instructions on setting up your Virtual Card on your phone

You will receive your North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card within 7-10 business days after opening your North One Account.
