Disputed transactions on your North One Account typically are resolved in 90 days. In some cases they can go longer than this timeline, and may take much less time depending on the merchant's chargeback options. We cannot provide provisional credits during the timeline of a dispute.
Once a dispute has been submitted on your behalf, you will be notified of any and all updates on your dispute via email. All emails will be sent to your address on file. If there are no updates, the team will not reach out until the dispute decision has been finalized.
