Instructions on linking your North One account to another account through Plaid for account balance top-ups and external account transfers

Domestic wire transfers are processed same-day if initiated by 3:30 PM EST Monday to Friday.

Domestic wire transfers do not incur a fee. Give the sender your North One account and routing numbers to get started.

North One only supports domestic wire transfers. We do not support any international methods for money movement.

To receive an ACH transfer, the sender will need to initiate the payment from their bank account. Here’s how to do it!

You can deposit a check to your North One Account using our in-app mobile check deposit feature. Check out this section to find out how.

To send a payment by check, log into your North One Account and use 
the Send a check method.

You can add cash to your North One Account using your North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card* at any Green Dot** location.

To withdraw cash from your North One Account, head to an ATM that has acceptance marks for cash withdrawal only.
