North One's Time Saved Counter was designed to help highlight one of the greatest benefits of our product: the ease and efficiency of sending money. At North One we understand that as a business owner, your time is valuable. The Time Saved Counter will help highlight the time you've saved by using the North One platform as compared to traditional financial product offerings.

Where to see it?

You'll see the Time Saved Counter on the bottom of your screen after successfully sending an ACH, same-day ACH, Wire, or Physical Check.

How do we calculate this?

North One's estimate of the time you've saved is based on a snapshot of North One-compiled data from 90 days of Account history across the North One customer base. That snapshot informs the average time it takes North One customers to make payments within our Mobile and Web applications. The estimate is then compared to data from a survey of more than 300 North One customers on the average time it took them to make a similar payment with other bank accounts. North One may make changes to the data related to the estimates of time saved or the time saved counter at any time without notice.

Why is this relevant?

One of North One's greatest strengths is that our platform offers you a faster way to conduct your day-to-day business needs. The Time Saved Counter helps you understand what that means through real-time examples, without having to go out of your way.

While the calculation does take into account the number and types of payments your account has made, it is not based on your specific experience with North One. Your experience with North One may vary, and North One makes no promises or guarantees regarding the time it may take to make a payment, as individual experiences may vary.
