What is NorthOne Perks Program?
Perks are a hand-selected grouping of discounted services offered to you as a NorthOne customer. These Perks are merchant services that offer you savings and tools that help you grow and manage your small business.
What merchants are on your Perks Program?
We have a dynamic Perks program, meaning that merchants can be changed or added all the time. To check out what we currently offer, head in-app to Menu > Browse perks, or on your web Account by clicking Perks at the top right.
How do I claim a Perk?
If you’re logged into your NorthOne account on the web, click Perks at the top right.
If you’re logged into your NorthOne account on the mobile app, click Menu > Browse perks.
In these locations, you’ll find a full list of offered Perks. Click into the offering to learn more about the merchant, the service, and the discount. If the Perk sounds right for you and your business, follow the prompts to the merchant site to sign-up.
Can I suggest a Perk?
Definitely! While we can’t guarantee that we can add a specific Perk to the program, we’re always happy to explore customer feedback like yours. Send our Customer Care Team a message in-app or on your web account.
Why can’t I find a Perk I saw earlier?
Our Perks program is dynamic and can change at any time. If a specific Perk has expired, we’ll no longer display it on our pages.
I didn’t get the Perk I was offered.
Oh no! Sorry to hear you had difficulty claiming a Perk. Since the offering is granted through the specific merchant, you will need to reach out to a member of the partner’s support team for further assistance.
Do you share any of my NorthOne data with the merchants?
No! NorthOne will never share your data with a 3rd party.
