To update your phone number, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Care team directly through our website or mobile app. We cannot assist with a phone number change by email.

Make your phone number change request with:

  • The reason behind the request to change

  • The new phone number being requested

If your NorthOne Account is less than 30 days old, you’ll also be asked to provide:

  • The reason behind the request to change

  • A copy of your unexpired State ID or Driver’s License (Front/Back)

  • A picture of yourself holding the ID document, with the picture and your own face clearly visible along with a separate piece of paper stating, “For NorthOne Selfie Verification” with the current date and signature
