How do I add cash to my NorthOne Account?
You can add cash to your NorthOne Account using your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card* at any Green Dot** location.

You can add cash to your NorthOne Account using your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card* at any Green Dot** location.

Find Green Dot locations in the app::

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account on the app

  2. Click Cash at the top

  3. Click Add cash

  4. Click Search In This Area

From there, the app should read your current location and search for a Green Dot location near you. Alternatively, locations can be found here: https://secure.attheregister.com/locations.

Note: Be sure to use the “cash load” filter on the locator so you’re searching for cash load locations only.

Find Green Dot location on the web:

  1. Log into your NorthOne Account online

  2. Click Add funds from the left side menu

  3. Click Add cash and Continue

  4. Click Find a Location

At the register, give the cashier your NorthOne debit card and the cash you’d like to add to your NorthOne Account and they will make the transfer for you.

The limits for cash transfers via Green Dot locations are as follows:

  • Maximum of 4 loads, for a total of $1,500 per day

  • Maximum of 7 loads, for a total of $3,500 per week

  • Maximum of 20 loads, for a total of $5,000 per month

NOTE: Individual Green Dot locations may impose lower limits on cash transfers
