Disputed transactions on your NorthOne Account typically are resolved in 90 days, but in some cases, they can go longer than this timeline. We cannot provide provisional credits during the timeline of a dispute.
Once a dispute has been submitted on your behalf, our Customer Care team will reach out directly if and when we have any updates. If there are no updates, the team will not reach out until the dispute decision has been finalized.
At the time of finalization, our team will reach out to you by in-app chat. You’ll be directed to the NorthOne app or online site to continue the conversation should you wish to do so.
