If you made a purchase on your physical or virtual NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card*, you’re able to receive a refund back onto the same card (if the merchant allows for refunds).
Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process. Once it does, you’ll see the return in your NorthOne Account along with a balance increase. Your card cannot be frozen at the time of the refund transaction. If you freeze your card in-app or online after the transaction has been initiated, it will still process.
If you are receiving a refund on a canceled NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card, the funds will still find their way into your account since the previous card number is still tied to the account number overall.
If it’s been more than 7 business days, reach out to our Customer Care team in-app or online, and send along a photo of the refund receipt for us to review. Please note, we cannot look into transaction data by email.
