How do I get my monthly statements?

You can access your statements both the app and on the web. Check out how below.

Monthly account statements are generated on the 4th of every month at 4 pm EST. You can access your statements in both the app and on the web.

Finding your account statements in-app

  1. Log in to your North One Account on the mobile app

  2. Click Menu at the top left

  3. Click Manage Bank Account

  4. Click Account Statements

Here you’ll find a list of all monthly statements available to you since your account opened. To view a monthly statement further, click the month you would like to view. The statement will load for you on the next page, or you have the option to download the statement using the download icon on the top right corner.

Finding your account statements on the web

  1. Log into your North One Account online

  2. Click Settings at the top

  3. Click Account Statements on the left side

  4. Choose the monthly statement you want to view and click the download button on the right side

NOTE: If you previously had a North One Account and it is now closed, you will be unable to retrieve prior statements or transactions in-app or on the web. Contact [email protected] from your corresponding email of your Account and we can gather those statements as requested.
