You can change the password to your North One Account in two ways.
If you know your current password:
In app:
Click the menu button in the upper left hand corner
Click on Settings
Under Profile click Change password
From here you’ll be able to input your new password, ensuring it matches the specifications listed at the bottom of the page
Be sure to click Change password to save your updates
On web:
Click Settings in the left hand menu
Under Profile, click Change password

If you don’t know your current password:
In app:
Click on the North One app on your phone
Click I forgot my password
Enter the email address associated with your North One Account
Click Send reset email
On web:
Head to the web log-in page here
Click Forgot your password?
Enter the email address associated with your North One Account
Click Send password reset link
NOTE: Your password must be a minimum 8 characters long and include at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 special character.
Not getting the password reset email? Add [email protected] to your contact list and try again.
Still not getting the password reset email? Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your North One Account and our Customer Care team will look into this further for you.
