You must activate your North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card to start sending wires, and depositing checks in-app. While you wait for your physical card to arrive, you can use your virtual card for online and in-store purchases.

You can activate your card in one of two ways:

  1. Over the phone by calling 1-866-331-3085

  2. In-app by:

    1. Click on the menu button in the top left hand corner

    2. Select Cards

    3. Click Physical Card

    4. Click on Activate Card at the bottom and follow the prompts

Did you just receive a reissued card to replace your expired or damaged one? If so, you will need to activate your new card over the phone.

You’ll need to have the following pieces of information handy to activate:

  • Your full name

  • The 16-digit card number

  • The expiration date of your new card

  • The CVV of your new card

If you’re having any difficulty activating your card, reach out to our Customer Care team in-app or online. Please note, we cannot assist with card activation by email.

NOTE: Virtual cards come activated at the time of account open and do not require manual activation. These instructions are solely for the physical card.
