At this time, our mobile check deposit feature is only available in-app.
To deposit a check:
1. Log in through the North One app
2. Tap Deposit at the top of the Home page, or Deposit at the bottom of your screen at any time
3. Select Check deposit
4. Follow the instructions *Make sure to sign the back of the check and write For Mobile Check Deposit into North One Account
5. That’s it!
While mobile deposits are typically made available within 3 business days, it can take up to 7 business days for the funds to be made available. North One may make such funds available based on such factors as the length and extent of your relationship with North One, transaction and experience information, and such other factors as North One, in its sole discretion, deems relevant.
Please contact our Customer Care Team if you’d like more detail on when the funds will be available. Once you make your deposit, it may take up to 48 hours for the pending transaction to appear in your North One Account.
