No, North One does not have any physical branches.
Your North One Account can be accessed entirely from your phone or computer, so you can say goodbye to long lines at the branch. If you do need help, our Customer Care team is here for you from 9 AM to 6 PM ET Monday through Friday through our in-app chat box.
You can also schedule a call if you prefer to talk to our team on the phone. Here’s how:
In-app:
Click the menu button in the top left corner
Select Support at the bottom
Click Contact us at the bottom of the screen
Select Schedule a call
Choose the date and time that would work best for you, the phone number you’d like us to call, and a little info on what you’d like to talk about.

On web:

Our team will reach out to you with the details provided. If you don’t answer our call, we’ll call back again in 5 minutes. If we miss you a second time, we’ll leave a voicemail if possible and send a follow-up message in-app to continue the conversation there.
Our call schedule is 10 AM - 5 PM ET Monday to Friday. Call slots are 15 minutes in length. We do not offer outbound calls for applications or closed accounts.
