How do I add cash to my North One Account?

You can add cash to your North One Account using your North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card* at any Green Dot** location.

You can add cash to your North One Account using your North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card at any Green Dot¹ location. You can find a location near you through this link, or directly from your North One Account by following the steps below.

Be sure to use the “Deposit Cash with Card” filter on the locator so you’re searching for cash load locations only.

Find Green Dot locations in the app:

  1. Click Deposit on your home page, or on the bottom of your screen at any point in time

  2. Select Transfer cash

  3. Click Find a location at the bottom of the screen

  4. A new window will open where you can search your area for a compatible Green Dot location

From there, the app should read your current location and search for a Green Dot location near you.

Find Green Dot location on the web:

  1. Click Deposit at the top of your screen

  2. Select Transfer cash

  3. Click on Find a location on the bottom

  4. A new window will open where you can search your area for a compatible Green Dot location

Rather than using the machine to deposit cash, you will need to speak directly with an employee at the location you are visiting.

At the register: give the cashier your North One debit card and the cash you’d like to add to your North One Account and they will make the transfer for you.

The limits for cash transfers via Green Dot locations are as follows:

  • Maximum of 4 loads, for a total of $1,500 per day

  • Maximum of 7 loads, for a total of $3,500 per week

  • Maximum of 20 loads, for a total of $5,000 per month

NOTE: Individual Green Dot locations may impose lower limits on cash transfers

North One will reimburse deposit fees charged by Green Dot 1 time per calendar month for North One Standard customers, and up to 3 times per calendar month for North One Plus customers**. To request reimbursement on a recent fee please reach out to our Customer Care team within 60 days of the deposit date.
