As soon as funds have been received into your North One Account, you’ll see a new line item in your ledger in-app or online. Your account balance will also update accordingly. If you believe you’re missing a payment and it’s been beyond the expected timeline, follow these steps:

Standard ACH transfer | 1-3 business days | Reach out to the sender and confirm they sent the payment to your correct account and routing numbers.
If so, request from them the 16-digit trace number for the payment. They can get this from their bank.
Once you have that trace number, reach out to our Customer Care team when logged in to your account in the app or online to look into this further. |
Domestic wire transfer | Same-day if initiated by 3:30 PM EST Monday - Friday (not including holidays) | Reach out to the sender and confirm they sent the payment to your correct account and routing numbers.
If so, request from them the 16-digit trace number or IMAD for the payment. They can get this from their bank.
Once you have that number, reach out to our Customer Care team when logged in to your account in the app or online to look into this further. |
