Easy steps to get your information switched over to your new account.

Just signed up for North One? Welcome and we’re here to help! To get the most out of the Account, one of the first tasks you’ll need to do is let your customers know that your Account and Routing numbers have changed.

We’ve put together this template email that you can send to your customers:

Hi <First name>,

I’ve recently moved my business banking to North One, a connected banking platform that’s purpose-built for American small businesses. There are a few reasons why I’ve chosen to make this change (more about that below), but first, please note that, if you are sending me funds moving forward, my Account and routing information has changed.

<Insert Account and routing information here. Note: you can find this by logging into your North One Account and clicking Menu → Bank Account Numbers>

Why did I make the switch to North One? For a few reasons:

  • North One’s platform offers more than just a business bank Account.* I’m also able to manage invoices, bill payments, budgeting and finance insights, all under one platform.

  • North One’s banking offering (powered by The Bancorp) is one of the few in the country on the new Real Time Payments network, allowing me to receive funds instantly from other participating banks

  • I get incredible, white-glove-quality customer service from a team that makes it their business to understand my business

You can also download this document here.

You’ll need to pull your Account and Routing information, which you can do by logging into your North One Account, clicking on your name on the bottom left corner, and then selecting View Account Numbers.
