Among other things, your Account and routing number are used to receive a wire, ACH, or direct deposit, as well as to connect externally to other accounts. This includes services like Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.
To find your Account and Routing number on desktop:
Log into your North One Account
Click on your name on the bottom left side of the screen
A small menu will open, click on View Account Numbers
To find your Account and Routing number on the mobile app:
Log into your North One Account on the app
Click Deposit along the bottom of the screen
Click Get transfer information

All transfers into your North One Account need to be addressed to the name or business name on file. If a physical address is requested, we can accept the address on file or the Bancorp Bank N.A. address that you'll find along with your Account and routing numbers.
