All North One customers can easily transfer funds from a connected external account to their North One account. Unlike Account Balance Top-Ups which happen automatically when your balance is low, external account transfers can be done at any time.
You can have up to 5 external accounts connected at one time. For instructions on adding or changing your connected accounts, click here.
To make am external account transfer in-app:
1. Click Deposit at the bottom of the screen
2. Select External account transfer
3. Enter the transfer amount and the correct external account, then click Continue
4. Review your transfer details, and click Initiate transfer to proceed
5. That’s it! Your transfer will arrive in up to 3 business days
To make a external account transfer on web:
1. Click Deposit at the top of your screen
2. Select External account transfer
3. Enter the transfer amount and the correct external account, then click Continue
4. Review your transfer details, and click Initiate transfer to proceed
5. That’s it! Your transfer will arrive in up to 3 business days

*Keep in mind that these limits also include Account Balance Top-Ups, meaning that your total incoming transfers through Plaid cannot exceed the amounts listed in the chart above.
Your most recent external account transfer must be fully processed into your North One Account before another transfer can be initiated. The external account must also have a balance of at least 1.5% of the transfer amount, with a minimum of $100.
