All North One accounts can connect to up to 5 external bank accounts. Once an account is connected, you can set up automatic Account Balance Top-Ups to ensure your North One account never runs low on funds, and initiate external account transfers to get your funds from one account to another easily and at no cost.

To connect to an external account in-app:

1. Open the menu by clicking the three lines in the top left corner

2. Click Settings

3. Under “Account settings”, click External accounts

4. At the bottom of the screen, click Add account

5. Follow the prompts in the Plaid pop-up window to connect to your other account

6. That’s it! Once your account is successfully connected it will appear in your External Accounts list.
