You can change the password to your NorthOne Account in 1 of 2 ways.

If you know your current password:

In app:

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account on the mobile app

  2. Click Menu on the top left corner

  3. Click App Settings

  4. Click Login Details

  5. Click Account password and follow the prompts

On web:

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account online

  2. Click Settings at the top right

  3. Click Change password

  4. Enter in your current password, your new password, and click Change password

If you don’t know your current password:

In app:

  1. Click on the NorthOne app on your phone

  2. Click I forgot my password

  3. Enter the email address associated with your NorthOne Account

  4. Click Send reset email

On web:

  1. Head to the web log-in page here

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  3. Enter the email address associated with your NorthOne Account

  4. Click Send password reset link

Not getting the password reset email? Add [email protected] to your contact list and try again.

Still not getting the password reset email? Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your NorthOne Account and our Customer Care team will look into this further for you.

NOTE: Your password must be a minimum 8 characters long and include at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 special character.
