We’re sorry to hear that you’re looking to close your North One Account. If you have found we’re no longer a fit for you or your business, we’ll need your closure request to come to our Customer Care team in writing once you’ve logged into your account in the app or online.

IMPORTANT: We cannot process an account closure request received by email or phone.

To make the closure process as smooth as possible, make sure you:

  • Move all remaining money out of your account so the balance is $0. (NOTE: If you chose not to transfer out your remaining balance, we can mail a check to the address on file. This check will take up to 30 days to arrive.)

  • Export all of your past monthly statements. You may need them for tax purposes.

  • Notify any authorized signers that your financial service will change.

During the closure process, we’ll ask you for feedback on your experience with North One. While optional, knowing why you’re closing your North One Account will help us improve our products and services for other small business owners like yourself.

North One is a financial technology company, and not a bank. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank; N.A., Member FDIC.
