To update your email address, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Care team directly through our website or the mobile app. We cannot assist with an email change by email.

Make your email change request with:

  • The reason behind the request to change

  • The new email being requested

If your NorthOne Account is less than 30 days old, you’ll also be asked to provide:

  • The reason behind the request to change

  • A copy of your unexpired State ID or Driver’s License (Front/Back)

  • A picture of yourself holding the ID document, with the picture and your own face clearly visible along with a separate piece of paper stating, “For NorthOne Selfie Verification” with the current date and signature

NOTE: The new email requested cannot have been used previously on any NorthOne Account(s) or application(s)
