If your business has recently changed its legal business name, you will need to close your current NorthOne Account and re-apply under your new business name.

Once your new account has been approved, log in to your first account either in-app or online to request an account closure and our team will be happy to facilitate. We cannot process a closure request by email.

If your business has recently changed its DBA (Doing Business As) name, reach out to our Customer Care team when logged into your NorthOne Account for assistance. You’ll need to send us your DBA/trade name/fictitious/assumed name registration documents via chat to get this change actioned. We cannot accept this change request, or the documents, via email.

NOTE: We are unable to accept EIN Registration documents for this request. We can only have one DBA on file.
