All NorthOne customers pay a flat fee of $10/month for access to all of our features and services. To determine when your next billing date is, follow these steps:

In app

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account on the mobile app

  2. Click Menu at the top left

  3. Click Manage Bank Account

  4. Click Monthly Billing

On web

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account on the web

  2. Click Settings at the top

  3. Click Monthly billing on the left side

Here you’ll see the date of your next charge, as well as have the ability to view past monthly charges.

We do not have the ability to override or bypass the monthly fee.
