When will I get billed?

Review your billing as a North One Plus Customer

All North One Plus Customers are charged $20 per month. For North One Standard customers, there is a $0 monthly fee for your Account. To locate your monthly billing history and determine when your next billing date is, follow these steps:

In app:

  1. Click on the menu button on the top left hand corner of your screen, which are the three lines grouped together

  2. Click Manage plan

  3. From here you’ll be able to review the details of your subscription, including your next billing date at the bottom

On web:

  1. Expand your profile information on the bottom of the left side menu by clicking the arrow next to your name

  2. Click Manage plan

  3. From here you’ll see the detail of your subscription, including your next billing date at the bottom

You can also review your plan on web any time by selecting My Plan at the top of your screen. Here you’ll see the date of your next charge, as well as have the ability to view past monthly charges.

We do not have the ability to override or bypass the monthly fee.
