If we tried to charge the monthly $20 fee to your NorthOne Account and it failed. An email will be sent regarding your plan adjustment. Please be aware that NorthOne will adjust your Account to NorthOne Standard ($0 per month) should the $20 monthly bill fail. You can opt into NorthOne Plus at any time after your billing is adjusted.
