No, NorthOne does not have any physical branches.

Your NorthOne Account can be accessed entirely from your phone or computer, so you can say goodbye to long lines at the branch. If you do need help, our Customer Care team is here for you 7 days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM EST through our in-app chat box.

You can also schedule a call if you prefer to talk to our team on the phone. Here’s how:


  1. Log into your NorthOne Account on the mobile app

  2. Click Support at the bottom right

  3. Click Schedule a phone call

  4. Select the date and time that works best for you, and follow the prompts to give us your phone number and a brief note about what the call will be about so we can best prepare

  5. Click Confirm appointment

On web:

  1. Log into your NorthOne Account on the web

  2. Click Support at the top

  3. Click Schedule a call

  4. Fill out the requested details: the date, time, phone number, and reason for calling

Our team will reach out to you with the details provided. If you don’t answer our call, we’ll call back again in 5 minutes. If we miss you a second time, we’ll leave a voicemail if possible and send a follow-up message in-app to continue the conversation there.

Our call schedule is 10 AM - 8 PM EST Monday to Friday and 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST and 3 PM - 4:30 PM EST Saturday and Sunday. Call slots are 15 minutes in length. We do not offer outbound calls for applications or closed accounts.
