After you open a new NorthOne Account, we will send you a NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card* via USPS. This is the standard method to get your first card, and there are no additional expediting options.

Should your card get lost or stolen, a replacement can be sent via USPS and will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note, this timeline does not take into consideration any external delays USPS may be experiencing.

If you need your replacement card to arrive faster, you can request for the card to be expedited via FedEx. There is a $25 card expediting fee that will be charged to your NorthOne Account at the time of the confirmed request.

To get started on that expedited request, reach out to our Customer Care team in-app or online. Please note, we cannot facilitate an expedited request by email. When you reach out, make sure to quote your full mailing address so we can get your new card shipped out right away.

NorthOne is a financial technology company, and not a bank. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. Member FDIC.
