How do I activate my NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card?

You can set a PIN number for your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card in-app or over the phone.

If you’ve lost your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card, freeze your card then reach out to our Customer Care team.

It is placed on your account when using your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card. An authorization will settle or expire.

Some merchants, such as spas/salons, gas stations, and restaurants, can place an authorization hold for higher than the original amount.

A digital card that lives in-app. It has a different 16-digit number than your physical Northone Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card.

There is no line of credit, and you can only spend the funds you have in your NorthOne Account.

There can only be one physical and one virtual NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card per account at a time.

You can use your NorthOne Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card anywhere Mastercard is accepted. We don’t charge foreign exchange fees.
