You’ll need to set a secure PIN number for your physical North One Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card* to successfully use your card in stores.
You’ll be prompted to set a PIN when you activate your card.
NOTE: Only a physical card requires a PIN. Virtual cards do not require PIN numbers as virtual cards cannot be inserted into Point-of-Sale systems. If you are being asked for a PIN for a Virtual Card transaction, please refer to this article for troubleshooting.
If you need to change your PIN, follow these steps:
If you know your current PIN: Call 1-866-331-3085
If you don’t know your current PIN: Reach out to our Customer Care team in-app or online. We cannot help with PIN resets via email.
You’ll need to provide our Customer Care team with the following information:
Last 4 digits of your card number
3-digit CVV code on the back of the card
The 4-digit PIN you’d like to set on your card
