A virtual Mastercard® Small Business Debit Card* allows you to access your funds without waiting for your physical card to arrive. You can use it online or in store by adding it to your digital wallet.

Your virtual card has a different 16-digit card number than your physical card and is activated as soon as you open your account. A virtual card does not require a PIN number.

To find your virtual card in-app:

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account on the app

  2. Click Cards at the bottom right

  3. Click Virtual

To find your virtual card online:

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account online

  2. Click Cards at the top left. You’ll see both your physical debit card and virtual debit card.

From here, you can:

  • View your 16-digit virtual card number

  • Freeze your card

  • Set up Apple Pay

  • Report a security issue

Keep in mind, you will need to use your physical card at ATMs or Green Dot** locations.

If you don’t see a virtual card in your Account, you can add one by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account on the app

  2. Click Cards at the bottom right

  3. Click Add Virtual Card

  4. Click Add Card
