When will I get billed?

Review your billing as a NorthOne Plus Customer

All NorthOne Plus Customers are charged $20 per month. For NorthOne Standard customers, there is a $0 monthly fee for your Account. To locate your monthly billing history and determine when your next billing date is, follow these steps:

In app

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account on the mobile app

  2. Click Menu at the top left

  3. Click Manage Bank Account

  4. Click Monthly Billing

On web

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account on the web

  2. Click Settings at the top

  3. Click Monthly billing on the left side

You can also review your plan on web any time by selecting ‘My Plan’ at the top of your screen. Here you’ll see the date of your next charge, as well as have the ability to view past monthly charges.

We do not have the ability to override or bypass the monthly fee.
