To receive an ACH transfer, the sender will need to initiate the payment from their bank account. They’ll need your NorthOne account details to do this.

To find your account details in app:

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account on the mobile app

  2. Click Deposit at the top

  3. Click Share your account numbers

  4. Click Share all to send the details, or manually copy and paste individual account specifics

To find your account details online:

  1. Log in to your NorthOne Account online

  2. Next to ROUTING & ACCOUNT NUMBERS on the left side, click SHOW

  3. Copy and paste the information provided and share as needed

Standard ACHs take 1-3 business days to process. They are free to send and receive from your NorthOne Account. There is no limit on the dollar value of an incoming ACH.

Some bank accounts have a different routing number for ACHs than for wires, but at NorthOne you have the same routing number for both.

We do not have the ability to see pending incoming funds. As soon as the ACH has been received, you will see the payment and funds reflected in your account.
