To receive an ACH transfer, the sender will need to initiate the payment from their bank account. They’ll need your North One account details to do this. Standard ACHs take 1-3 business days to process, and are free to send and receive from your North One Account. There is no limit on the dollar value of an incoming ACH.

Some bank accounts have a different routing number for ACHs than for wires, but at North One you have the same routing number for both.

To find your account details in app:

  1. Click Deposit on your home page, or on the bottom of your screen

  2. Under Add funds, click Get transfer information

  3. Here you’ll see your account and routing number, as well as the address for The Bancorp Bank, N.A.

To find your account details online:

  1. At the bottom of the the left-hand menu, click on your name

  2. Choose View account numbers

  3. Here you’ll see your account and routing numbers, as well as the address for The Bancorp Bank, N.A.

We do not have the ability to see pending incoming funds. As soon as the ACH has been received, you will see the payment and funds reflected in your account.

North One is a financial technology company, and not a bank. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank; N.A., Member FDIC.
