NorthOne plus is a membership upgrade that offers you lower fees, priority chat and email support, a dedicated customer success manager, and an implementation and onboarding assistant. What does that mean for your business?
If you make frequent payments or transfers, NorthOne Plus offers an opportunity to save money on transfer fees. Same-day ACH transfers and physical check payments are $0. There are no additional fees on Bill Payments, and your wire send fee is reduced from $20 to $15.
On top of this, your onboarding assistant will walk you through the vital features within the app that are best suited for your business and payment needs. We understand not all customers use NorthOne the same, and we will help set up your Account just for you and your business.
Once the Account is open, your dedicated customer success manager is here to ensure you are getting the most out of it. We’ll help you figure out how to maximize our features for your specific business, including payment methods, Integrations, and budgeting through Envelopes.
Priority support offers you troubleshooting assistance, Account updates, and anything else you may need clarification on. We’re here to help provide clarification on your Account while you focus on your business.
How does payment work?
Once you make the switch to NorthOne Plus, you will be charged your first $20 fee. You’ll then have immediate access to all the upgraded features. The monthly fee will be pulled directly from your NorthOne Account exactly 30 days after, and on the same date every month. If you don’t have sufficient funds to cover your NorthOne Plus fee, you’ll be automatically moved back to NorthOne Standard Plan. Don’t worry, you can reactivate your subscription at any time!
If you decide to switch back to NorthOne Standard Plan, you’ll still have access to the Premium features for the duration of that billing cycle.
