Thinking of upgrading to NorthOne Plus?

Here’s how:

  • Select ‘Upgrade’ at the top of your screen

  • Toggle to ‘NorthOne Plus’

  • Select ‘Upgrade to Plus’ below the plan

  • Review the billing details, which include the next billing date, and select ‘Upgrade to Plus’

  • You’re all set! Welcome to NorthOne Plus

You’ll be charged your first $20 monthly fee once you’ve signed up, and then on the same date every following month. If you miss a monthly fee, you’ll be automatically moved to NorthOne Standard. Scroll to the bottom of this article for instructions on reactivating your Plus subscription.

Please note that if you do not have sufficient funds for NorthOne Plus, a deposit will need to be made first to cover the $20 monthly fee before you can upgrade your Account.

Decided that NorthOne Plus isn’t for you?

No problem, you can switch back to NorthOne Standard at any time:

  • At the top of your screen, select ‘My Plan’

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to find ‘Billing Details’.

  • Select ‘Cancel Plan’

  • Confirm you want to cancel your NorthOne Plus plan by selecting ‘Cancel Plus’ once more.

  • You should then be taken to a screen that states: “NorthOne Plus has been canceled”, which is a confirmation that your NorthOne Plus is canceled.

You’ll still have access to all NorthOne Plus features until the end of the billing cycle, but won’t be charged another monthly fee.

You can reactivate your NorthOne Plus subscription at any time!

To reactivate NorthOne Plus, follow these steps below:

  • Select ‘My Plan’ at the top of your screen and toggle to NorthOne Plus

  • Scroll down to see your ‘Billing Details’

  • Select ‘Reactivate Plan’

  • Follow the prompts and select ‘Upgrade to Plus’ to confirm your reactivation

  • That’s it! You now have access to all NorthOne Plus features.

Your first fee will be charged on the day that you resubscribe, and on that same date every month going forward. Please note that if you do not have sufficient funds for NorthOne Plus, a deposit will need to be made first to cover the $20 monthly fee before you can reactivate your subscription.
