To upgrade on our mobile app:
Click the Upgrade button at the top right of your screen
Toggle to North One Plus at the top of your screen
You’ll then be able to review the changes to your Subscription and future billing date
Click Upgrade to Plus

Click Upgrade to North One Plus at the bottom of the left side menu

You’ll be charged your first $20 monthly fee once you’ve signed up, and then on the same date every following month. If you miss a monthly fee, you’ll be automatically moved to North One Standard. Scroll to the bottom of this article for instructions on reactivating your Plus subscription.
Note: If you do not have sufficient funds for North One Plus, a deposit will need to be made first to cover the $20 monthly fee before you can upgrade your Account.
Decided that North One Plus isn’t for you?
No problem, you can switch back to North One Standard at any time.
From the mobile app, follow these steps below:
Click on the menu button on the top left hand corner of your screen
Click Manage plan
From here you’ll be able to review the details of your subscription
To cancel, scroll to the bottom and click Cancel plan
Confirm your cancellation by clicking Cancel Plus
From a desktop browser, you can follow these steps below:
Expand your profile information on the bottom of the left side menu by clicking the arrow next to your name
Click Manage plan
From here you’ll see the detail of your Plus subscription
To cancel, scroll to the bottom and click Cancel plan
Confirm your cancellation on the next window by clicking Cancel Plus
You’ll still have access to all North One Plus features until the end of the billing cycle, but won’t be charged another monthly fee.
You can reactivate your North One Plus subscription at any time! Follow the first set to steps above to reactive your North One Plus plan.
Your first fee will be charged on the day that you resubscribe, and on that same date every month going forward. If you do not have sufficient funds for your first North One Plus fee, a deposit will need to be made before you can reactivate your subscription.
Got a Promotion Code?
If you received a promo code you might be entitled to up to try out North One Plus for free! To take advantage of your offer, follow the steps below:
On desktop:
On the left-hand menu, click Settings
Scroll down to Promotions
Enter your promo code, and click Add promotion
From here you can review your offer, including the date of you next billing should you decide to stay on North One Plus. If everything looks good, click Upgrade to Plus
In app:
Click the menu button in the top left corner of your app
Scroll down to Settings
Click Promotions
Enter your promo code, and click Add promotion
From here you can review your offer, including the date of you next billing should you decide to stay on North One Plus. If everything looks good, click Upgrade to Plus
Note: Not all promotions require a code! If you were offered a promotion from within your North One Account, you can activate it by simply clicking on the offer and following the steps. If you have more than one promotion, you can add or switch by clicking Add promotion.
Once your free trial ends you will be automatically billed on the date listed on your promotions page. If you choose not to continue with North One plus, you can cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions above under "Decided North One Plus isn't for you?".
