New North One Mastercard® Debit Cards are automatically sent out about 30 business days prior to the old card’s expiration date. There are a few reasons why you may not have received a new card prior to your current card expiring:
The address on your Account is outdated
Your Account had a $0 balance when the new card was due to be ordered
There was an issue with the USPS delivery
In any case, you can reach out to our Customer Care team to help! Reach out to our Customer Care team in-app or online and we can take a look and make sure a new card is on its way.
Even if your physical card is expired, you can still use your account as normal, and use your Virtual Card for online and in-store purchases. For more details about how to use your Virtual Card, click here.
